I hereby determine that:-
The date for the commencement of the first period of suspension of sittings of the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal and the Courts of First Instance in the year 2021 will be on Monday the 05th April 2021.
The ordinary sittings of the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal will be resumed on Monday 26th April 2021.
The ordinary sittings of the High Court will be resumed on Wednesday the 21st April 2021.
The ordinary sittings of the other Courts of First Instance will be resumed on Monday the 19th April 2021.
2.The date for the commencement of the second period of suspension of sittings of the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal and the Courts of First Instance in the year 2021 will be on Monday the 09th August 2021.
The ordinary sittings of the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal will be resumed on Monday the 23rd August 2021.
The ordinary sittings of the High Courts will be resumed on Wednesday 18th August 2021.
The ordinary sittings of the other Courts of First Instance will be resumed on Monday the 16th August 2021.
3.The date for the commencement of the third period of suspension of sittings of the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal and the Court of First Instance in the year 2021 will be on Monday the 20th December 2021.
The ordinary sittings of the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal will be resumed on Monday the 10th January 2022.
The ordinary sittings of the High Courts will be resumed on Wednesday the 05th January 2022.
The ordinary sittings of the other Courts of First Instance will be resumed on Monday the 03rd January 2022.
